1. General Information
Lab Equipment Pakistan / LEP (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a retail store based in Pakistan specializing in the sale of laboratory equipment and related products. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products, including all transactions made through our store and online platforms.
2. Payment Terms
All purchases require advance payment. We accept payments through IBFT (Inter Bank Funds Transfer) and Cash. Upon confirmation of the order and receipt of payment, we will process your order for dispatch or delivery.
3. Pricing
Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to keep our pricing up-to-date, Lab Equipment Pakistan reserves the right to amend product prices, taxes, and other charges at any time before an order is finalized.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
– Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, we will confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email or message.
– Delivery Time: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the availability of stock and location. In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-6 business days after payment is received. However, for on-demand or special order items, delivery may take longer.
– Late Deliveries: While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur, particularly with on-demand items or during peak seasons. We kindly ask for your patience.
– Public Holidays: Delivery times may be impacted by public holidays in Pakistan. Kindly note that no shipments will be processed on public holidays, which could lead to delays.
5. Damages During Transit
While we take utmost care in packaging our products for safe delivery, Lab Equipment Pakistan is not responsible for any damages that occur during transit. Once products are handed over to the delivery service, we cannot assume liability for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during transport.
– We recommend inspecting all items upon receipt and immediately reporting any visible damage to the delivery company and our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
– Lab Equipment Pakistan will assist with any claims made against the delivery service, but the responsibility for filing such claims lies with the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
–Returns: We only accept returns for faulty or damaged items that are reported within 24 hours of receipt. All returns must be approved by our customer service team, and the item should be in its original, unused condition.
– Refunds: In case of a valid return, we will process a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued only after the return item is received and inspected.
7. Product Availability
– Stock Availability: While we strive to keep our product listings up-to-date, availability may change without notice. In case a product becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.
– On-demand Items: Items that are specially ordered or sourced on-demand may require additional processing time and are subject to availability from the manufacturer or supplier.
8. Customer Responsibility
– Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. Any delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or contact information will be the responsibility of the customer.
– Product Usage: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are used in accordance with safety standards and guidelines. Lab Equipment Pakistan is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse of the equipment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lab Equipment Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, delays in delivery, or any other issue that arises during the course of your transaction.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is protected in accordance with local regulations. Your information will only be used for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary for order fulfillment.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Lab Equipment Pakistan reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through our official channels. The revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
